This festive period, I simply want to thank all the Butterfly Scheme teams for their dedication and insightful care. Our plan for 2024 is to make it easier for the teams to monitor and continuously improve own their care delivery, because they take a real pride in their dementia care.
Meanwhile, it’s important that family carers recognise the value of their liaison with Butterfly Scheme Champions during any hospital admission; this communication really helps them to best support the patient. Thank you to all the carers who have helped the teams achieve that insightful care this year.
