Phil Wing, Integrated Services Manager for Epping and Harlow has been delighted by compliments received by her team from a relative of a patient on Plane Ward: “I am ringing to tell you how impressed I have been by the care that my aunt has received, we were so worried before she came to you but the care has been excellent. Staff really involved us as a family and everyone who came into contact with her was kind and patient. I never heard of the Butterfly scheme before but I want to say thank you it really works”.
