The Butterfly Scheme’s DH-funded evaluative system is now at the stage of being piloted in a range of member hospitals and has already brought very clear benefits. Even by piloting only on a limited number of wards, hospitals’ Butterfly Scheme Leads have discovered that the system brings into clear focus areas of strength and areas which need targeted support – and how to deliver that support. The Scheme’s UK Coordinator would like to thank all member hospitals which have so willingly offered to be part of the shaping and piloting of the evaluative toolkit, which will become available across all member hospitals in early 2014.
